Digital prints called Giclee's (which is the french term meaning "to spurt") were originally developed in 1990 as a method of fine art printing. In short, it is a process where the original image is scanned and then rendered digitally. This technology provides incredible detail and brilliant color. The resolution of the Giclee print is higher than that of a traditional fine art lithograph and has a wider range of color than serigraphy. We print our Giclee prints on specially treated artist's watercolor papers. Each Giclee print is hand-signed and numbered by Theo for authenticity.
